Which Dental Implants Do We Place?
We do not believe in using the same implant system for every patient.
The implant brand, material, and design are selected individually based on your bone density, overall clinical condition, and biological compatibility testing. This allows us to choose the most stable and long-term solution for your specific case.
DMD · Implant & Cosmetic Dentist · Founder
“For every dental implant case, I evaluate the patient from a neuromuscular perspective first — identifying bite imbalances, bruxism, and sleep-related issues before placing a single implant. If those problems are ignored, the implants are placed under constant stress, which can shorten their lifespan significantly. That’s not a standard of care I’m willing to accept.”
Each stage of treatment is personally planned and overseen by Dr. Lipovetskiy. Every recommendation and clinical decision is tailored to your specific case and discussed with you in detail before treatment begins. You will also receive a clear written treatment plan before any procedure is performed.
Choosing the Right Dental Implants Method
The number of missing teeth, your bone quality, and the overall condition of your oral health all play a role in determining which treatment approach will provide the best long-term result. There is no one-size-fits-all solution in implants dentistry. Every case is evaluated individually to ensure the treatment plan matches your specific clinical needs and timeline.
Single-Tooth & Bridge Implants
After your diagnostic evaluation, the implant is placed with a high level of precision using detailed imaging and treatment planning. During the healing phase (3–6 months) — the implant gradually integrates with the jawbone through a process called osseointegration.
Once healing is complete, a custom permanent crown is securely attached to restore both function and appearance.
Commonly Recommended For
Replacing a single missing tooth
Replacing 1–3 consecutive teeth
Immediate implant placement after extraction (when clinically appropriate)
Replacing failing teeth or older dental bridges
All-on-4 & All-on-6 (Full Arch)
A minimally invasive solution that uses 4 to 6 strategically placed implants to support a full upper or lower arch of teeth. In many cases, the implants are immediately fitted with a temporary prosthesis, allowing you to leave the clinic the same day with a functional, natural-looking smile.
Commonly Recommended For
Replacing a full arch of missing teeth
Multiple failing teeth that cannot be predictably saved
Patients looking to avoid lengthy multi-stage procedures
Transitioning from removable dentures to a fixed implant-supported solution
What Happens Before We Place a Single Implant?
We never proceed to implant surgery based on a 2D X-ray and a visual exam. Our diagnostic protocol is designed to eliminate surgical surprises and ensure the implant system, angle, and depth are optimized for your anatomy.
3D CBCT Cone-Beam Imaging
High-resolution 3D scan of your jaw that reveals bone density, volume, sinus proximity, and nerve canal positions. This allows precise pre-surgical planning – implant placement angle, depth, and bone grafting need are all determined before the first incision.
T-Scan Neuromuscular Bite Analysis
A 11,000-sensor digital pressure map of your occlusion. If bite imbalances or TMJ dysfunction are detected, they are addressed before implant placement – because an uneven bite applies asymmetric stress to implants and leads to premature crown failure.
Biocompatibility Blood Test
A specialized laboratory analysis that tests your individual immune response against 2,000+ dental materials. The result determines which implant brand and crown material is biologically optimal for your specific case – not clinically assumed.
Written Treatment Plan & Price Estimate
Every diagnostic finding is consolidated into a written, personalized treatment plan with timeline and cost breakdown – reviewed and approved with you before any procedure begins. No surprises.
How Dental Implant Surgery Works
1. Exam, Imaging & Bite Analysis
Your first visit includes a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation designed to fully assess your oral health, bite function, and implant candidacy. This appointment may include 3D CBCT imaging, T-Scan digital bite analysis, Biocompatibility testing. You will receive a written treatment plan during this visit outlining recommended treatment options, timelines, and next steps. There is no obligation to move forward after the initial consultation.2. Implant Placement
Implant placement is performed using modern local anesthesia in a comfortable clinical setting. A standard single implant placement typically takes approximately 15 minutes once preparation is complete. Full-arch All-on-4 or All-on-6 procedures generally take several hours and may include a same-day temporary prosthesis.3. Osseointegration Period
Over the next 3–6 months, the implant gradually integrates with the jawbone through a process called osseointegration. During healing, a temporary crown or adaptive prosthesis helps maintain both appearance and functionality. We also schedule follow-up appointments and post-operative check-ins throughout this phase to monitor healing and comfort.4. Final Zirconia Crown
Once osseointegration is fully confirmed, the final restoration is placed. Depending on your treatment plan, this may include a full-zirconia or E-max ceramic crown carefully matched to the shade and appearance of your natural teeth. Before completion, final bite calibration is performed using T-Scan technology to help ensure long-term balance, comfort, and stability. We use only ceramic and zirconia restorations for our implant cases.
For back teeth and high-pressure chewing areas, we typically recommend full-zirconia crowns due to their exceptional durability, natural appearance, and metal-free composition. For the smile zone, we use highly aesthetic multi-layer zirconia or E-max ceramic crowns designed to create the most natural-looking result possible while maintaining long-term biocompatibility and strength.Dental Implants – Before & After
Each case below is from a patient treated by Dr. Lipovetskiy at ADW Center. Individual results vary based on bone condition, stain type, and healing response.
Two front teeth could not be predictably saved and were removed using a minimally invasive extraction approach followed by immediate ACE implants placement.
Five months later, the final zirconia crowns were placed, restoring both function and aesthetics with a natural-looking result designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding teeth.
An infected molar was removed and replaced with an SDS Swiss zirconia implant as part of a fully metal-free treatment approach.
Following a 4-month healing and remission period, the patient showed excellent tissue response with no signs of allergic or inflammatory reaction.
This patient underwent a same-day All-on-4 full-arch restoration. The remaining teeth were removed in the morning, and a fixed temporary prosthesis was placed later that same day.
The result restored both function and appearance immediately, allowing the patient to leave the clinic with a stable, natural-looking smile.
All cases shown are real patients treated by Dr. Boris Lipovetskiy at ADW Center. Individual results may vary depending on anatomy, healing response, and overall oral health.
Please note that whitening treatments do not change the color of implant crowns. For this reason, shade matching is carefully planned before the final restoration is placed.
Who Is a Good Candidate for Dental Implants?
Teeth implants are one of the most versatile and long-term solutions for replacing missing teeth, but they are still a surgical procedure and require proper evaluation beforehand. A clinical assessment helps determine whether implants are the right option for your case. Many conditions that may initially seem disqualifying — such as bone loss, gum disease, or previous dental complications — can often be treated or successfully managed with the right planning and approach.
Severely damaged teeth (immediate extraction & placement available)
1–2 missing teeth (minimally invasive micro-incision placement)
Multiple consecutive missing teeth (implant-supported bridges)
Full arch of missing teeth (All-on-4 / All-on-6 same-day solutions)
Denture wearers seeking a permanent, fixed smile
Metal allergies or sensitivities (using 100% biocompatible zirconia)
Active gum disease (treated prior to placement)
Pregnancy (safely postponed until after delivery)
Insufficient bone volume (resolved with guided bone grafting)
Infectious diseases (cleared before surgery)
Untreated TMJ or bite issues (addressed via our neuromuscular protocol)
Controlled diabetes (feasible under specific clinical protocols)
Uncontrolled diabetes
Severe cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled hypertension
Severe blood clotting disorders (e.g., hemophilia)
Conditions affecting surgical compliance
Many medical conditions considered “contraindications” to dental implants are actually relative contraindications — meaning treatment may simply need to be delayed, modified, or approached with additional planning.
At ADW Center, we routinely place implants for patients with controlled diabetes and other medically managed conditions using carefully tailored clinical protocols.
If you were previously told you are not a candidate for dental implants, it may still be worth scheduling a consultation with Dr. Lipovetskiy. Your treatment options may be very different with a more comprehensive diagnostic and neuromuscular approach.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind every implant we place. Our warranty system is structured in tiers based on the type of restoration and clinical case. If an implant does not integrate within the expected healing period, the case is evaluated individually to determine the underlying biological or mechanical cause rather than applying a generic solution.
1 year
Includes crowns, restorations, and prosthetic components placed on implants — materials and workmanship.
3 years
If an implant does not properly integrate within the expected healing period, or if a structural issue develops with the prosthetic restoration, retreatment is provided at no additional cost to the patient under the terms of our warranty program.
Post-operative care at ADW Center is closely monitored and personalized for each patient.
Scheduled follow-up visits allow us to evaluate implant stability, monitor crown attachment, and identify any early signs of soft tissue inflammation before complications develop. Professional cleanings are also recommended to help prevent plaque accumulation around the implant site and support long-term implant health.
Warranty coverage applies when post-operative instructions are followed, oral hygiene is properly maintained, and scheduled follow-up visits at ADW Center are attended.
If an implant does not integrate successfully, the case is evaluated individually. Before any retreatment decision is made, a detailed clinical and laboratory assessment is performed to help identify the underlying biological or mechanical cause.
How Much Do Dental Implants Cost?
No hidden fees and no vague pricing. Your exact treatment cost is provided in writing after the diagnostic appointment and clinical evaluation — never before the exam.

What Patients Say about Dental Implants
Dr. Lipovetskiy did a great job on my implant. I can't believe I'm in no pain at all — just a little sore, no big deal. Thank you very much. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
Alejandro's warm greeting put me at ease immediately, and the team's coordination was seamless. What struck me most was how everyone – from the doctor to the hygienist – made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout. Technical skill with genuine compassion.
I had been told at two other clinics I couldn't get implants because of my metal sensitivity. Dr. Lipovetskiy explained the SDS zirconia option and ran a biocompatibility test. My implant is fully integrated and I've had zero reactions. Wish I'd come here first.
FAQ
Are Metal-Free Dental Implants as Strong as Titanium?
Yes. Premium zirconia implants from systems such as SDS and Z-System offer strength comparable to titanium while providing excellent biocompatibility. Because zirconia is completely metal-free, no metal ions are released into surrounding tissue, which may reduce the risk of inflammatory or allergic reactions in sensitive patients. In many cases, zirconia implants also demonstrate excellent tissue response and strong osseointegration due to advanced surface technologies. At ADW Center, zirconia is recommended in a large percentage of cases where clinically appropriate.
How Long Do Dental Implants Last?
With proper care and regular maintenance, dental implants are designed to function as a long-term tooth replacement solution. Longevity depends on several factors, including:
- bone quality
- bite alignment
- oral hygiene
- overall health and lifestyle habits
At ADW Center, we perform T-Scan neuromuscular bite analysis before treatment to help ensure balanced force distribution and reduce unnecessary stress on the implants over time.
What Are All-on-4 Dental Implants?
All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration technique that uses four strategically placed implants to support a complete upper or lower set of teeth. In many cases, a temporary fixed prosthesis can be attached the same day, allowing patients to leave the clinic with functional teeth immediately after surgery. The final zirconia restoration is typically placed after a 3–6 month healing period once osseointegration is fully confirmed.
Is Dental Implant Surgery Painful?
Implant procedures at ADW Center are performed using modern local anesthesia to keep treatment as comfortable as possible. A standard single implant placement typically takes approximately 15 minutes once preparation is complete. Most patients report only mild discomfort afterward, which is usually manageable with standard pain relief during the first 24–48 hours. Our team also performs post-operative follow-up calls to check on healing and recovery.
How Much Do Dental Implants Cost in Fort Lauderdale?
The cost of treatment depends on the complexity of the case, bone condition, implant system used, and the type of restoration required. At ADW Center:
- All-on-4 treatment starts from approximately $16,000
- All-on-6 treatment starts from approximately $18,000
Single-tooth implant costs are confirmed after the diagnostic exam and CBCT imaging. We also offer financing options through CareCredit and LendingPoint, including eligible 0% financing plans. PPO insurance benefits can be reviewed prior to treatment.
Can I Get Dental Implants If I Have Relative Contraindications?
In many cases, yes. Conditions such as controlled diabetes, active gum disease, or reduced bone volume do not automatically disqualify a patient from implant treatment. Many of these issues can be treated or managed before implant placement. At ADW Center, we routinely perform implant procedures for patients with medically controlled conditions using carefully tailored clinical protocols. If you were previously told you are not a candidate for implants, it may still be worth scheduling a consultation for a second opinion.
