1. Exam, Imaging & Bite Analysis
Your first visit includes a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation designed to fully assess your oral health, bite function, and implant candidacy. This appointment may include 3D CBCT imaging, T-Scan digital bite analysis, Biocompatibility testing. You will receive a written treatment plan during this visit outlining recommended treatment options, timelines, and next steps. There is no obligation to move forward after the initial consultation.2. Implant Placement
Implant placement is performed using modern local anesthesia in a comfortable clinical setting. A standard single implant placement typically takes approximately 15 minutes once preparation is complete. Full-arch All-on-4 or All-on-6 procedures generally take several hours and may include a same-day temporary prosthesis.3. Osseointegration Period
Over the next 3–6 months, the implant gradually integrates with the jawbone through a process called osseointegration. During healing, a temporary crown or adaptive prosthesis helps maintain both appearance and functionality. We also schedule follow-up appointments and post-operative check-ins throughout this phase to monitor healing and comfort.4. Final Zirconia Crown
Once osseointegration is fully confirmed, the final restoration is placed. Depending on your treatment plan, this may include a full-zirconia or E-max ceramic crown carefully matched to the shade and appearance of your natural teeth. An infected molar was removed and replaced with an SDS Swiss zirconia implant as part of a fully metal-free treatment approach.
